Steward (Dishwasher)

The Rittenhouse Hotel is offering a Steward/Dishwasher opportunity to perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning functions. The growth path includes progression to Cook or Stewarding Supervisor and eventually to Executive Steward or Sous Chef positions. The focus of the role includes washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans; operating dishwashing and kitchen cleaning equipment; maintaining kitchen work areas in clean and orderly condition; stocking supplies; performing food preparation functions when needed; ensuring guest satisfaction and following sustainability guidelines and safety standards as part of HHM's EarthView program.
