The role being offered is that of a Dishwasher and Cleaner, an essential position within the food and beverage department. Beyond dishwashing, this position includes putting away food stock and dry goods in their designated locations while managing inventory through proper product rotation methods such as "first in, first out." Proper storage is key to food safety and inventory management. Additionally, the dishwasher will handle general waste disposal by emptying trash containers and ensuring that all refuse is removed to the dumpster located conveniently on the loading dock.

In addition to these essential functions, this role involves supportive tasks including routine cleaning with standard hotel cleaning products. These duties may vary depending on the needs of the day and the direction of supervisory staff.
