The Regular Full-Time Steward (Dishwasher) role at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who are enthusiastic about service and eager to contribute to a high-performing kitchen team. As a steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, kitchen equipment, and work areas, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons' exacting standards. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant service industry experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40lbs safely
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial role at a Four Seasons location

- 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability in all actions
- Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards
- Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization
- Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards
