The current opportunity is for a dedicated and skilled Dishwashing Attendant to join the dynamic food and beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, silverware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and all kitchen equipment. This includes the proper operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and silver burnishing machines, ensuring all cleaning protocols are followed meticulously. They will also maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and production areas, supporting a safe and hygienic environment. Flexibility is key for this role, requiring availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts, including overnights and afternoons.
