Job Duties

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine and pot-scrubbing station
wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
use detergents and sanitizing chemicals to clean dishes in a three-compartment sink
inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, rescrub and rewash soiled items
rack and spray dishes with hot water to remove food residues
sort, soak, and wash or rewash silverware
break down dirty bus tubs
empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster areas
clean and mop all assigned areas
dispose of glass properly
break down cardboard boxes and place recyclables in recycle bins
follow all company safety, security policies and procedures
report maintenance needs, accidents and unsafe conditions
develop and maintain positive working relationships
ensure adherence to quality standards
move, lift, carry up to 50 pounds
stand, sit or walk for extended periods
perform other reasonable duties as assigned
