- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching overhead and below the knees

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwashers, hand washing stations, pot scrubbing stations, and waste compactors
- Wash and sanitize kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries and properly store perishable products, rotating stock
- Ensure clean dishware is stored appropriately
- Use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents in a three-compartment sink to wash dishware
- Inspect, stack clean items, and rewash dirty items if necessary
- Empty trash bins and maintain waste disposal areas
- Recycle cardboard, glass, and other recyclables according to policies
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, report accidents and hazards
- Communicate professionally and support team goals
- Move and handle objects up to 50 pounds
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
