Job Description

The role of Steward is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the culinary operations. This position supports the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining the organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area, and assisting with food preparation and plating when needed. Stewards play an integral role in ensuring proper food handling and storage, while adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.   • previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods
