- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and team members
- subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust, and loud noise
- must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
- background check required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience is an advantage
- ability to stand and move well-paced for up to four hours
- ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively
- physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
- willingness to work in environments with wet floors, smoke, dust, noise
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Job Duties
- Assist in the set-up of the restaurant interior and exterior
- operate dishwashing machine and maintain it properly
- wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and smallwares
- clean and sanitize dishwashing machine area
- maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in assigned areas
- adhere to safety protocols related to wet floors, temperature extremes, and other environmental factors
- lift and carry dish racks, trashcans, linen bags, and equipment up to 75 pounds
