Job Duties
- cleaning kitchen and heart of house areas including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, washing, buffing
- maintaining cleanliness of all major kitchen equipment and food and beverage facilities
- cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, kitchen utensils
- keeping chinaware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment in excellent condition
- polishing silverware to ensure it is guest-ready
- stocking kitchen with adequate cleaning supplies, chinaware, cooking equipment, and supplies
- picking up and disposing of trash, cardboard, compost in all food and beverage areas including employee cafeteria
- preparing kitchen ensuring adequate chinaware, silverware, kitchen utensils are ready for next shift
