Job Requirements

minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume kitchen area
ability to work long flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
ability to handle kitchen tools and equipment safely
excellent customer service skills
ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
must follow safety policies and procedures
willingness to work in a loud environment
ability to work independently and as part of a team
