Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with service standards
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with all service standards and regulations
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- maintain the dish washing station
- organize and place items in trays for washing machine
- operate washing machine and dry items before returning them to proper stock location
- wash items by hand that will not fit in machine or not intended for automatic wash
- help fellow employees as needed to meet guest volume and complete assigned side duties
- understand and follow safety and sanitation practices
- perform duties requiring standing and fast movement throughout kitchen area
- perform side duties including cleaning vents, scrubbing trash cans, cleaning gum from under tables, cleaning chairs, cleaning ice bins, replacing light bulbs, setting up sanitizers, cleaning floor sweepers, emptying trash, and taking trash to dumpster
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
