Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior dishwashing or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy objects
- knowledge of cleaning products and proper use
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar dishwashing or cleaning role
- knowledge of health and safety standards related to kitchen and dining areas
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- good communication skills to interact with team members
- ability to respond to special guest needs promptly
Job Duties
- Washes dishes and other cooking utensils
- restocks all clean glasses, silverware and plates
- performs general cleaning to comply with health department standards
- puts away food stock and dry goods in their proper location rotating first in, first out
- removes trash from all containers and takes it to the dumpster
- performs general routine cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products
- cleans up unexpected spills or executes special guest requests
