This position requires a keen eye for cleanliness and organization, as well as the ability to handle various tasks that contribute to health department compliance and operational efficiency. The employee will be responsible for washing dishes and other cooking utensils thoroughly, restocking clean glasses, silverware, and plates. Additionally, this role involves the proper storage and rotation of food stock and dry goods to maintain freshness and prevent waste. Maintaining cleanliness across the facility is also a core function, including performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering strictly to health and safety standards.
