Job Duties

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers and garbage compactors
wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries and properly store perishable goods
rotate inventory to ensure freshness
use chemical detergents and disinfectants for washing
inspect and restack clean items and resend soiled items for re-cleaning
classify, soak, and wash cutlery
maintain waste areas and handle recycling
clean and mop assigned areas
comply with safety policies and report hazardous conditions
move, lift, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors
