Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong food and beverage product knowledge
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must apply for and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, including lifetime FBI criminal background check
  • Must pass drug testing as per company's drug-free workplace policy and applicable background checks

Job Duties

  • Thoroughly clean all kitchen ovens, sinks, freezers, coolers, griddles, and other restaurant equipment
  • Sanitize food service and preparation ware to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all storage areas, including the main freezer and cooler
  • Clean, transport, and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operation
  • Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment efficiently, ensuring that all materials are thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner
  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
  • Maintain knowledge of the MSDS book for safe handling of chemicals and materials
  • Ensure that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis to maintain a clean environment
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and walls to ensure a welcoming dining experience for our guests
  • Assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas, following all safety guidelines and organizational policies
  • Assist in any other duties in the kitchen under the supervision of the Chef
  • All other duties as assigned
