- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- No previous related work experience required
- No supervisory experience needed
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending and stooping
- Ability to follow company safety and security procedures
- Willingness to comply with all job duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and pot-scrubbing station
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- Use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for re-washing
- Rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue
- Sort, soak, and wash silverware
- Breakdown dirty bus tubs
- Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- Clean and mop all assigned areas
- Dispose of glass and recyclables properly
- Follow safety and security policies
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
