Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
prior restaurant experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs for short distances
strong communication skills
willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to perform cleaning and kitchen maintenance tasks
commitment to following health and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
minimum of one year previous restaurant experience preferred
stewarding experience a plus
courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Knowing and complying with kitchen policies and recipe standards
knowledge of HACCP procedures and proper sanitation practices
maintaining kitchen cleanliness throughout shifts
cleaning kitchen equipment, hoods, back dock, and floors
cleaning restrooms during operational hours
operating dish machines and washing china, glassware, and kitchen utensils
communicating effectively with managers and team members
