Job Requirements

Ability to read, write and understand English
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer skills, including email and electronic time-clocks
Previous experience required
Tulsa County Food Handler's Card required
Ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license when required

Job Duties

Operates dish machine and a three compartment washing sink
ensures highest sanitation levels for all used items
removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in clean and safe condition
stocks all plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning
cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment
maintains care and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, walk-ins, work areas, utensils
maintains a professional appearance
assists culinary staff when required
assumes or performs other duties as assigned
