Job Requirements
- Must be able to see minute objects at arm's length
- Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, crawl, reach and retrieve items from above head
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs including serving trays, carts, tables, chairs and small equipment up to 75% of the time
- Must be able to travel up to 300 feet and stand regularly throughout the shift
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks and pay attention to sound and sight details in crowded and noisy situations
- Must have ability to minimize breakage by handling china, glassware and fragile equipment with care

Job Duties
- Gather all dirty dishware from tubs, rinse and stack in dishracks, clearing dishes of leftovers and trash
- Load full dishracks on belt in correct placement and operate automatic dishwashing machine
- Load dishwashing solutions into dispensers and regulate detergent and chemical output
- Unload clean dishes, inspect for cleanliness, and stack in specified carts and shelves
- Manually scrub pots, pans and kitchen equipment, dry and put away
- Manually polish silver, stainless steel and pewter used in food service
- Maintain automatic dishwashing equipment in good condition to prolong life and meet health regulations
- Keep dish room clean and orderly by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping counters and organizing shelves
- Mop kitchen floors, clean work surfaces including walls, ceilings, hoods, vents and ovens
- Gather and empty trash cans into outside compactor
- Sweep loading dock and kitchen entrance areas, clearing litter and debris for safety
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
