Job Description

Maintain a sanitary environment for food and beverage preparation and storage, as well as keep the dish stations, all kitchen areas, and restaurant back-of-the-house areas clean and organized while assisting Stewarding Supervisors & Leads with assignments and responsibilities. Key job functions include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, glassware, and silverware; maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment; operating equipment as directed; stocking supplies as instructed; respecting company property; assisting in duties as directed; and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Back-of-house restaurant experience is preferred. Must have a neat and clean appearance. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods, see, hear (can be augmented with a hearing aid), climb steps repeatedly, lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, communicate clearly, understand and comply with policies and procedures, work under stressful conditions. Compensation and benefits include $17.80 per hour, $1,200 signing bonus rewarded after 90 days of working, bi-weekly pay dates, paid time off, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and holiday pay.
