- Possess a friendly attitude and good communication skills
- Basic restaurant kitchen etiquette
- Must be a self-starter this position starts early and you would be largely working solo for some of the day
- Ability to communicate in English

Job Duties
- Accurately follow the dough recipe when mixing weighing and rolling
- Use experience and insight to collaborate with the team to make recipe adjustments when needed
- Keep the team informed of dough handling procedures e g refrigeration needs
- Monitor and test product to ensure optimal usability get in there and stretch a pie
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Fill out shifts with prep work when needed
- Develop skills to complete tasks with good tempo speed
- Support other daily prep projects
