Job Duties
- Steam dumplings to order
- Ensure each basket is cooked to perfection
- Support dumpling team in preparation and assembly
- Open and close the steamer station
- Restock and organize dumplings
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
- Assist with deep cleaning and kitchen organization
