- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred

Job Duties
- Responsible for redefining hospitality by living, supporting, and promoting company values
- Perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table in a timely and professional manner
- Follow the steps of service as outlined by the department
- Ensure all food orders are complete, correctly garnished, and properly presented before delivery
- Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and describe dishes to guests using prescribed verbiage
- Assist in setting up and maintaining expo stations including condiments, utensils, and napkins
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Ensure all food is delivered at the correct temperature and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining room, kitchen, and service areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management or servers
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with other tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
