Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to upholding company standards and values

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Responsible for redefining hospitality by living, supporting, and promoting company values
  • Perform responsibilities according to company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow the steps of service as outlined by the department
  • Ensure all food orders are complete, correctly garnished, and properly presented before delivery
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the menu and describe dishes to guests using prescribed verbiage
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining expo stations including condiments, utensils, and napkins
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure all food is delivered at the correct temperature and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining room, kitchen, and service areas
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and report concerns to management or servers
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
