  • Assist Steakhouse team members in exceeding guest expectations
  • Work with team members on service performance and improvement techniques
  • Maintain wine inventory par levels by calculating inventory and reviewing sales data
  • Collaborate with Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, and Room Chef on menu changes
  • Review featured menu items with the Room Chef daily
  • Maintain a visible presence on the restaurant floor interacting with guests
