The Food Server role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service we promise our guests. This position requires an individual who can serve guests efficiently and courteously, consistently offering a warm greeting with a smile and attentively observing guests' needs throughout their meal. Food Servers are responsible not only for delivering orders promptly and accurately but also for completing side-work duties, such as stocking supplies and cleaning assigned stations, to ensure smooth restaurant operations. This role demands someone who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Being able to carry full trays safely and effectively is also a key aspect of the job. The minimum age requirement for this role is 21 years old, and candidates must be able to obtain the necessary work permits or cards. Prior experience in a full-service dining room is preferred but not mandatory, as on-the-job training will be provided to help new team members thrive.
