Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays pans and supplies
- Comfortable working around hot equipment and food
- Other physical requirements include but are not necessarily limited to reaching grasping stretching and kneeling

Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the back food station including the baked potato station prior to service
- Prepare butter daily and stock stations as needed
- Assist servers by setting trays and running food items as they are prepared
- Ensure food items are delivered promptly and accurately
- Gather and deliver guest requested items as they become available
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations throughout service
- Set up stations in preparation for the following day
- Set up and maintain the toast station
- Assist with butter preparation for the toast station
- Properly break down and clean the toast station at the end of service
