Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Reliable transportation for commuting

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or bar environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
Positive attitude and strong team player
Basic knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar equipment is a plus

Job Duties

Restocking liquor bottles, beer bottles and cans, and changing kegs
Learning cocktail prep and batch recipes and other menu items
Cleaning bar surfaces throughout the shift
Wiping down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
Removing and disposing of bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
Removing used glassware and other utensils from guests during their visit
Stocking bar items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, garnishes, ice, towels, and cleaning supplies
