Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting 30lbs, sitting, standing, and bending related to filing
- Ability to work extended periods at a limited space workstation
- Ability to communicate and interact in English
- Ability to use a computer and office productivity tools efficiently
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per company standards
- Must comply with company attendance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Strong written communication ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

Job Duties
- Provide friendly service to and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
- Serve as a primary reference source to assist leadership and employees in resolving discrepancies or procedural problems using knowledge of specialized functions
- Oversight and application of all staffing, salary, attendance, and leave processes at the station level including leave tracking, roster management, and bid management in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, company policy, and labor agreements
- Author and distribute station communications, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and prepare leadership meeting minutes
- Identify areas to improve operational performance and business processes through understanding operational insights, future needs, and root cause analysis
- Maintain and archive historical records by documenting changes and revisions to materials such as memos, project files, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Prepare references for users by writing operating instructions, memos, and meeting minutes
- Maintain the integrity of confidential, proprietary, and sensitive company and personal information
- Meet physical ability requirements such as lifting up to 30 pounds, sitting, standing, and bending related to filing
- Perform other job duties as directed by employee's leaders
