Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of 85-90 drivers across multiple airports
  • drive operational excellence by ensuring safe, on-time crew transportation
  • engage and develop drivers through scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • champion safety and compliance by enforcing DOT regulations and conducting inspections
  • serve as primary contact for airline clients addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional service
  • analyze and report key operational metrics to senior leadership
