Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in transportation hospitality or related industries
- A hands-on proactive approach to management and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment including weekends evenings and holidays
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- 5+ years of transportation experience management experience highly desired
- A passion for mentoring and team building

Job Duties
- Recruit train and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Cultivate a workplace culture that values collaboration accountability and professional growth
- Identify and develop talent within the team fostering leadership opportunities and career advancement
- Oversee daily station operations including scheduling resource allocation and ensuring compliance with all company policies and standards
- Manage service delivery to ensure all client commitments are met with efficiency and professionalism
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain high operational standards
- Ensure all team members prioritize safety in daily operations and comply with federal state and local regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment ensuring proper maintenance and documentation
- Investigate and report incidents or accidents ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company protocols
- Address and resolve operational challenges including service disruptions and personnel issues
- Collaborate with dispatch and other departments to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide hands-on support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in the preparation and management of station budgets ensuring financial goals are met
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
- Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded
- Respond promptly to client inquiries complaints and feedback to enhance service satisfaction
