Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in transportation, hospitality, or related industries
- A hands-on, proactive approach to management and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- 5+ years of transportation experience with management experience highly desired
- A passion for mentoring and team building

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Cultivate a workplace culture that values collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
- Oversee daily station operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with company policies
- Manage service delivery to ensure client commitments are met with efficiency and professionalism
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain high operational standards
- Ensure team members prioritize safety and comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment ensuring proper maintenance and documentation
- Investigate and report incidents or accidents ensuring timely resolution and compliance
- Address and resolve operational challenges including service disruptions and personnel issues
- Collaborate with dispatch and other departments to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide hands-on support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in preparation and management of station budgets ensuring financial goals are met
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance service satisfaction
