Job Duties
- Master various kitchen positions, specifically focusing on the fryer, grill, Southwest station, and expo line
- prepare and plate all menu items to exact specifications to ensure every guest has a legendary meal
- keep your workstation spotless and organized, strictly following all health and safety protocols
- communicate clearly with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to keep orders moving smoothly
- handle daily prep tasks, restock ingredients, and assist with general kitchen maintenance as needed
- ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards for temperature and presentation
