Aramark Remote Workplace Services is currently seeking skilled and dedicated Chefs for various sites across Canada. As a Chef with Aramark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that food offerings meet the company’s high standards while fostering teamwork and mentoring fellow culinary staff. This opportunity involves managing culinary preparation, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and leading the presentation of meals served in diverse workplace settings. The work schedule typically involves rotations, such as two weeks on-site followed by two weeks off or twenty days on with ten days off. Candidates should be prepared for these rotations and embrace the dynamic nature of remote workplace services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, applying consistent cooking techniques, and implementing Aramark's Executional Framework to guarantee an outstanding dining experience for clients and customers. The position also emphasizes mentoring and training kitchen employees, facilitating daily team huddles, maintaining accurate records, and driving operational excellence through waste management, compliance with food safety protocols, and effective supply chain processes. A Red Seal certification is required, along with an active driver’s license and clean driver abstract, ensuring candidates can meet the mobility needs of the role effectively.
