Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet local airport requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • Ability to perform duties at a limited space workstation for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must comply with company attendance and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • Preferred administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results individually or as part of a team
  • Strong judgment when handling confidential information
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to organize multiple concurrent tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to listen actively and take organized notes
  • Experience supporting cross-departmental assignments
  • Ability to plan and support special events
  • Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per company standards

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers to resolve questions and procedural problems
  • Develop and maintain understanding of Ground Operations and build effective relationships with partner departments
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, distribution of items/documents, answering phones, and mail processing
  • Manage station financials including verifying monies received, preparing bank deposits, and reconciliation of petty cash
  • Process, verify, balance and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and leader's purchasing cards
  • Order, maintain, distribute and audit all accountable documents
  • Prepare and process station level pass requests
  • Maintain station and staff phone lists, org charts, and conference room schedules
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive company and employee information
  • Archive historical records by documenting changes to materials
  • Serve as primary resource for Internal Customer Care notifications
  • Disseminate correspondence through company email and board mail
  • Procure and distribute station supplies
  • Coordinate station keys, badge distribution, and parking administration
  • Support cross-departmental projects by coordinating communications, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed reports for operational and non-operational procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leaders
