Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous serving experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a restaurant server role
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines especially Tex-Mex, Asian, and Vietnamese influences
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences
- Act as an ambassador for the restaurant and share its story with guests
- Guide guests through the diverse menu and explain dishes
- Work calmly and professionally under pressure
- Take cues from guests to gauge their satisfaction
- Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of seasonal and unique dishes
