The role of Server at State of Grace provides an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to excellence. Working in a fast-paced but supportive environment, the Server needs to demonstrate grace under pressure and maintain professionalism while catering to guests’ needs, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit.
This is a part-time or full-time position with competitive pay ranging from $2.13 to $8.00 per hour plus tips, based on experience and ability. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year server experience
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills for handling transactions

- experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus

Job Duties
- greet and escort guests to their tables
- present menus and offer detailed information on menu items
- take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guest satisfaction
- handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the servers' station
- process bills and handle cash and credit card payments
