Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring
  • assist in basic cooking tasks such as grilling, assembling food items, and portioning
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • label and store food properly
  • help restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
  • greet customers warmly and answer menu-related questions
  • accurately take and enter orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions correctly
  • maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area
  • assist with order assembly and packaging for takeout or dine-in
  • monitor inventory of front-of-house items like utensils, napkins, and condiments
