Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to handle disorderly or impaired guests
- Must be able to be assigned to various posts with limited event visibility
Job Qualifications
- Active Arizona Guard Card preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in security or guest services is a plus
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Job Duties
- Provide guest services including ushering, ticket taking, and directional assistance
- Conduct access control and security screening
- Protect assets and ensure field security
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Manage crowd control during events
- Assist disorderly or impaired guests professionally
- Work assigned posts as required
