Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or premium tier customer support
- Polished and articulate communication style
- Ability to think critically without a script
- Proficiency in using customer service phone and chat platforms
- Ability to work part-time
- Location in or near Wichita, KS
- Availability to provide excellent customer service under pressure

- Proficiency in customer service software and communication tools

Job Duties
- Provide rapid, unscripted, and highly personalized support to Walmart Plus members via direct phone and priority chat channels
- Anticipate member needs and proactively manage accounts
- Monitor high-value grocery deliveries and contact members in case of logistical delays
- Serve as an expert on all Walmart Plus benefits including fuel rewards, streaming integrations, and early-access sales
- Gather and synthesize valuable feedback from premium members for corporate strategy
- Resolve complex inquiries with elegance, speed, and proactive hospitality
- Educate members on how to maximize their Walmart Plus subscriptions
