Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
- Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
- Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee service area
- Assist in training new team members on service protocols and coffee preparation techniques
