We are currently seeking a dedicated Coffee Service Associate to join our team. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to follow detailed instructions

Previous experience in food or beverage service is preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in coffee preparation or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods is a plus

Job Duties

Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee service area
Assist in training new team members on service protocols and coffee preparation techniques
