Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to operate coffee preparation equipment safely
  • Willingness to adhere to company core values and policies
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic knowledge of coffee products and preparation techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
  • Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
  • Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee area
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in coffee preparation
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
