- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
- Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
- Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee department
- Assist customers with coffee-related inquiries and recommendations
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
