Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
  • Ability to operate coffee preparation machinery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate weight

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
  • Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Engage with customers to understand their coffee preferences and provide personalized recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee service area
  • Operate coffee making equipment efficiently and safely
