Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- treat customers and employees fairly and ethically
- promote an inclusive work environment
- provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing

- answer customer questions about products and make suggestions
- collaborate with associates to achieve company and store goals
- prepare beverage selections according to recipes and customer requests
- offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- ensure product freshness and correct portion sizes
- operate coffee shop and kitchen equipment properly
- label, stock, and inventory merchandise
- report product ordering and shipping discrepancies to management
- comply with safety procedures and food safety regulations
- perform preventive maintenance inspections
- notify management of accidents or safety risks
- manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
- act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
- provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
