Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment

  • Label, stock and inventory merchandise

  • Maintain equipment and notify managers of repairs needed
  • Report safety risks and illegal activity
  • Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when needed
  • Provide support to special needs customers and older adults
