Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of multi-unit leadership experience in food service hospitality or retail
- Experience in cafe or coffee-focused environments preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams
- Proficiency with computer systems and business analytics tools
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
- Commitment to maintaining operational and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of multi-unit leadership experience in food service hospitality or retail including at least 1 year in a cafe or coffee-focused environment
- Strong organizational interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in coaching mentoring and managing cross-functional teams across multiple sites
- Entrepreneurial mentality with strong understanding of sales operations and customer experience
- Proficiency in computer systems Google Suite and business analytics tools
- Ability to lead in a dynamic rapidly changing environment while maintaining focus on performance and team development
- Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and results
Job Duties
- Lead Starbucks operations across multiple locations including deliveries inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Drive improvements in key performance indicators such as production time order defect rate and cost per order
- Train and coach site-level leads and baristas to prioritize safety adhere to standard work procedures and maintain productivity
- Ensure financial success by meeting budget targets for productivity labor and other expenses
- Maintain compliance with Gopuff Starbucks and legal regulations using reports and dashboards to monitor performance and policy adherence
- Implement and monitor safety and human resource compliance measures ensuring the safety of personnel and products
- Develop and execute localized action plans to enhance performance aligning with broader company strategy
- Create and support strategies that improve safety culture and financial results at the multi-site level
- Oversee daily operations and staffing schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours and weekends
- Utilize data analysis and site visits to inform decisions that improve customer experience and operational outcomes
- Collaborate with regional and area managers to manage labor and implement scheduling and forecasting tools
- Drive excellence in execution and business outcomes by implementing new initiatives coaching team leads and fostering a performance-driven culture
