Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- Ability to operate MICROS cash register system
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to following safety and security protocols
- Availability to perform opening and closing shifts
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
Job Qualifications

- No prior related work experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment and work areas
- Lock doors and secure premises at end of shift
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Input orders into cash register system and collect payment
- Take and record orders in MICROS system
- Prepare food and coffee beverages
- Ensure appliances are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables
- Clean dishes, utensils, tables, and equipment during shift
- Obtain change for anticipated business
- Count bank and complete cashier reports
- Resolve discrepancies and secure bank
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- Assist individuals with disabilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations
- Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and moving through confined spaces
