Job Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 4 hours
Ability to perform physical activities including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking
Willingness to maintain food safety certification
Strong commitment to customer service
Ability to work cooperatively with others

Job Qualifications

Current food safety certification
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to function well as a team member
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling

Job Duties

Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests upon entering the area
Provide quick and sincere guest service
Keep station clean and organized at all times
Learn and know recipes and proper product portioning
Keep an adequate supply of product on hand
Maintain product at proper temperatures
Perform proper closedown procedures
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
Greet and speak politely with every guest on premises
Perform other duties as requested by management
