Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Access all areas of the building as needed
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to operate handheld technology and scanners
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful service
- Create handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food to specifications
- Ensure food quality, safety, and freshness following all guidelines
- Manage inventory including restocking, rotation, and ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks area
- Support digital and drive-up ordering processes
- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines and safety procedures
