The Food & Beverage team at Target plays a critical role in maintaining the freshness, availability, and presentation quality of the food products and beverages offered across the stores. As experts in operations and process efficiencies, the team is responsible for replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and promotional signage within all Food and Beverage departments.

This role is for a Starbucks Barista position within Target’s Food & Beverage team. Starbucks Baristas at Target are essential to delivering an exceptional Starbucks experience by preparing handcrafted beverages and food items that meet Starbucks’ quality standards.
