The Food & Beverage team at Target plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent, fresh, and high-quality experience for guests by managing product availability, pricing, presentation, and food safety standards. As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will engage guests to deliver a welcoming experience, curate fresh food quality, and maintain operational efficiency while supporting both Starbucks and Target food & beverage standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include stocking shelves, rotating and culling products to maintain quality, performing accurate food deliveries and replenishments, and supporting Drive Up and Order Pickup initiatives to provide swift service.
